DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

- Access to our personalized client portal
- Venue walk-through before the day
- Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding day timeline
- Creation of an interactive floor plan and layout for both ceremony and reception
- Vendor management, including reviewing contracts and confirming arrival times, meal counts and other important details
- 1 Professional Day-of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 10 hours of wedding day management
- Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact for any questions
- Distribute bouquets and pin corsages to bridal party, attendants and family members
- Manage all event logistics at the ceremony and reception, including distributing final payments and gratuities, assisting with family photographs, directing ushers and arranging for personal items to be packed up after the event
- Assistance with venue set-up details including escort cards, favors, guest book, table numbers and ceremony programs. *Table settings not included.
