Where are you based? 

Although we love destination weddings, we currently don’t travel outside of the Tri-state area. But watch this space, as we’d love to offer destination wedding planning services in the future!

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Hiring a wedding planner is one of the best investments you can make to save time, stress and even money. Planning a wedding while balancing work and family life can be incredibly overwhelming! A wedding planner’s role is to remove all of that stress so you can actually enjoy your wedding planning experience and be present in the moment with your loved ones. Not only that, we’re experts at managing a budget and can make the appropriate suggestions to help you get the best value for money. 

In a nutshell? If you want your wedding planning experience to be enjoyable and stress-free, you would absolutely benefit from working with a planner. 

How do I know if I need a wedding planner?

The roles of a venue coordinator and a wedding planner are quite different. A venue coordinator is there to coordinate anything related to the venue, such as catering, staffing and accessibility. On the other hand, a wedding planner works for you, not the venue. Our role extends to sourcing your team of vendors, creating a timeline, guiding you with your decision-making and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

My wedding venue has a coordinator, do I still need a wedding planner?

For full-service wedding planning, we’d suggest getting in touch as soon as possible to secure your date - at least 1 year prior to your wedding is ideal. For partial planning, we’d recommend booking our services at least 8 months in advance, and 6 months in advance for our day-of coordination service.

How far in advance should I book?

Absolutely! We can help you plan an unforgettable wedding, no matter how big or small your guest list may be.

Do you plan elopements and intimate weddings?

Our day-of coordination package is perfect for couples who have confidently planned their wedding but need an expert to bring it to life on the day. This package includes creating a detailed timeline, liaising with your team of vendors, coordinating all of your set-up details and acting as your first point of contact should any problems arise. I’m not sure which service I need - can you help?

Our specialty is wedding planning and coordination, so we don’t provide decoration or design services. However, we can happily recommend some talented decorators in the Tri-state area to help you with the visual details of your event!

Do you provide decorating & designing services?

We are always prepared for any emergencies, including illness on the day. Our team members will be heavily involved in the planning process, ensuring they can confidently step in on the day if needed. All of your important wedding documents will be stored in your personalized client portal, so our team members can easily access and review your planning details should any emergencies arise.

What happens if you fall ill and cannot attend the wedding?

If there are any hiccups on your wedding day, you won’t even know about it. We have contingency plans for every scenario, including Plan B, C and D! We’ll handle any issues swiftly and discreetly, using our problem-solving skills to achieve the best outcome.

How do you handle problems that arise throughout the wedding day?

Yes! We are well-versed in planning multicultural weddings and love any opportunity to blend two cultures for a unique, special day.
