The roles of a venue coordinator and a wedding planner are quite different. A venue coordinator is there to coordinate anything related to the venue, such as catering, staffing and accessibility. On the other hand, a wedding planner works for you, not the venue. Our role extends to sourcing your team of vendors, creating a timeline, guiding you with your decision-making and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
For full-service wedding planning, we’d suggest getting in touch as soon as possible to secure your date - at least 1 year prior to your wedding is ideal. For partial planning, we’d recommend booking our services at least 8 months in advance, and 6 months in advance for our day-of coordination service.

We are always prepared for any emergencies, including illness on the day. Our team members will be heavily involved in the planning process, ensuring they can confidently step in on the day if needed. All of your important wedding documents will be stored in your personalized client portal, so our team members can easily access and review your planning details should any emergencies arise.
If there are any hiccups on your wedding day, you won’t even know about it. We have contingency plans for every scenario, including Plan B, C and D! We’ll handle any issues swiftly and discreetly, using our problem-solving skills to achieve the best outcome.
